Ritika Singh first appeared in an television advertisement and later she made her debut as a heroine in a Hindi and Tamil film 'Irudhi Suttru' directed by Sudha Kongara. Later the same movie was remade in Telugu with the name 'Guru'. This actress played the role of a boxer. Ritika's performance in 'Irudhi Suttru' received Ananda Vikatan Cinema Award, National Award and IIFA Utsavam Award for her performance in this movie.
She won the National Award in her very first film and next acted with Vijay Sethupathi in 'Aandavan Kattalai' directed by Manikandan. After that, Ritika acted as the heroine in 'Shivalinga'. Later, this beauty also appeared in the 'Neevevaro' movie. This beauty starred 'Oh My Kadavule' film which released on Valentine's Day in 2020 and became a blockbuster hit.
